WARRANTY
1. PURCHASER'S STATUTORY RIGHTS
1.1 The warranty terms set out below do not exclude any conditions or warranties which may be implied by law, nor does it affect your statutory rights. This warranty supplements such conditions or warranties.
2. TERMS OF WARRANTY
2.1 Australian Hydronic Supplies Pty Ltd warrants this appliance to be free of defects in materials and manufacturers workmanship for the period set out in the table below.

1.1 The warranty terms set out below do not exclude any conditions or warranties which may be implied by law, nor does it affect your statutory rights. This warranty supplements such conditions or warranties.
2. TERMS OF WARRANTY
2.1 Australian Hydronic Supplies Pty Ltd warrants this appliance to be free of defects in materials and manufacturers workmanship for the period set out in the table below.
*1 - If regular maintenance is not preformed, the 84-month warranty on the heat exchanger will be void. The warranty is valid for manufacturers
defect only.
2.2 Appliance defects covered by the warranty will be repaired, or replaced, at the sole discretion of Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd without cost to the owner for the replacement part or labour as set out in the table above.
2.3 The repair or replacement shall be performed during normal business hours by Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd or a service agent authorized by Australian Hydronic Supplies Pty Ltd.
2.4 Any Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd part or Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd appliance replaced under this warranty will be warranted for remainder of the original warranty.
2.5 Australians Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge a call out fee where the breakdown has been caused by an event which is excluded from this warranty, the warranty conditions have not been met, or it is found the product is outside the applicable warranty period.
3. CONDITION OF WARRANTY
3.1 The purchaser may only obtain the benefit of the warranty, if the purchaser:
A. Completes and returns the warranty card, signed off by the installer, within 14 days of installation;
B. Complies with clause 6 titled “Owner’s Responsibility”;
C. Notifies Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd within 30 days of defects developing;
D. Provides proof of purchase (NOTE - Without proof of purchase, the warranty will commence from the date of
manufacture as detailed on the data plate).
E. Commissioning report must be completed in full and returned to Australian Hydronics Pty Ltd.
