The modular WPF M range of STIEBEL geothermal hydronic heat pumps are systems capable of delivering renewable energy to buildings on a much larger scale. With the ability to cascade up to six heat pumps, the system can deliver a combined output of up to 100 kW, making it perfect for heating larger buildings or apartments. The WPF M range of geothermal hydronic heat pumps can be used with up to two controllers, making system control very easy. The modules can be matched, stage-by-stage, to your individual requirements, to deliver an energy supply solution for DHW and central heating.

APPLICATION: Geothermal, or water to water, heat pump with high degree of integration for indoor installation. Thanks to the high flow temperatures, can be used in mono mode to provide heating and hot water in new buildings and renovation projects. Can also be used for buildings with apartments, depending on the building’s heat load.

EQUIPMENT / CONVENIENCE: The refrigerant circuit is mounted on an anti-vibration base plate to reduce noise transmission into the building. The constant source temperature ensures unchanging year-round heating efficiency, with flow temperatures up to 60 ° C. The integrated heat pump controller enables fully automatic, weather-compensated control of the heating system and the ability to monitor the system via a home network or mobile terminal device when coupled with the optional ISG. With integrated heat and energy metering via data from the refrigerant circuit. A high-efficiency circulation pump and expansion tank are provided for both the brine side and the heating side. As standard, an electrical emergency/booster heater for monoenergetic operation and pasteurization, hot water diverter valve, and a safety valve with discharge hose are included. The refrigerant circuit is hermetically sealed, checked at the factory for tightness, and filled with the R410A safety refrigerant.

PERFORMANCE: The heat pump unit is fitted with a soft-starter scroll compressor and optimized heat exchangers for greater efficiency.

INSTALLATION: The internal pressure hoses enable direct hydraulic connection to the heating and brine circuits. For easy installation, the hydraulic connections are equipped with quick-release fittings and are already thermally insulated. The metal casing is corrosion-protected and made from galvanised, powder-coated sheet steel, with an alpine white stove enamel finish. Carrying handles on the back panel allows easy handling.

This appliance can be used in combination with a water to water heat exchanger.
